Service Pricing

Personal Training (In-Person)

Includes: 1-on-1 sessions in-home or in-studio. 1 hr each.

  • Single Session: $95

  • 4 Session Package: $340 ($85 ea)

  • 8 Session Package: $600 ($75 ea)

Personal Training (Hybrid)

Includes: One, 1-on-1 session weekly or bi-weekly with additional workouts in the app (three workouts per week)

  • Weekly: $500/mo

    • 1 in-person and 2 in-app workouts per week

  • Bi-weekly: $400/mo

    • 1 in-person session every other week

    • 3 workouts per week total, including in-person/app

PT Add-Ons

  • App Workouts: $35 ea

    • Comprehensive workouts for clients to do on their own, best for vacations, illness, or sessions that need to be done outside of WSW operating hours.

  • PDF Workout: $75 ea

    • Ideal for existing in-person clients who want an additional workout to do on their own. This workout should be refreshed every two to three months.

Nutrition

Includes: 30-min consultations, personalized nutrition plan PDF with specific macro
recommendations, meal content & timing guide, specific resources (e.g. recipes, diet
tracking, protein supplementation, etc.)

  • Initial Consultation & Plan PDF: $200

  • Follow-Up Consultations & Plan Amendments: $75

Wellness Consult

Includes: Lifestyle evaluation, mindset-reset, advice for overcoming plateaus/moving forward, 30 mins: $100

Virtual

  • Standard Program: $350/mo

    • 3 Workouts/wk

    • Weekly PT check-ins

  • Premium Program: $450/mo

    • 3-5 Workouts/wk

    • Nutrition Plan

    • Weekly PT & nutrition check-ins

Add-Ons/Promos

  • App Workouts: $35 ea

  • PDF Workout: $75 ea

  • $25 off nutrition initial consultation & plan with any monthly subscription (one time only)

  • $10 off wellness consultations with any monthly subscription (recurring)
